I have trouble with forget password tool and...also old report, HACKED!!

What the fuck are you really do? I can't get in to my account and I can't remember my registed profile. I mean, I really CAN'T remember my account setting and prefereneces. Well...it's such SUPER LONG TIME since I registed on there with those account but you said, you can't help me cause I forget them!? WHAT THE FUCK WHAT THE FUCK!!! I think YOU didn't help me, DIDN'T HELP ANYTHING!! Why, why you not think you SHOULD fix your fucking problem with forget password tool since it's not only me who got THIS PROBLEM!! WHY!!?

And...do you know, they NEVER ask me about my hacked problem that I report before! Last time I login, it's about 2 or 3 months before that I send hacked report but NO ANY CONTACT FROM ANYONE OF THEM!!
